There are 2 disposable tips inside with the nasal aspirator. Disposable spare tips are sold in packages of 10. How to Use: Insert the replaceable tip into the large round part of the aspirator. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and the other end into your baby's nostril. Inhale slowly and regularly. If the aspirator tip fills during aspiration, blow out the secretions from the suction head with a tissue or replace the tip. Do the same for the other nostril. Remove and discard the tip after use. Use a new tip for each operation.
